Small Groups & Bible Studies

Small Groups & Bible Studies are one of the important ways we equip the members of our church body to grow in their relationship with God. We have groups geared toward adults, youth, children, and families, groups for men, for women, and for both, and groups that meet on Sunday mornings and groups that meet during the week.

Adults

Sundays

  • Women's Small Group led by Sondra Lathrop - 9:00 AM, CBC Room 104 - Patriarchs, Genesis 12-50 by D.A. Hammond - (Starting September 14)
  • Adult Sunday School led by Pastor Adam - 9:00 AM, CBC Sanctuary


Mondays

  • Men's Small Group led by Alan Gebele - 6:30 AM at Jenni's Cafe in Branchburg - Following along with Romans as taught on Sunday


Tuesdays

  • Young Adult Group (18-20s) led by Pastor Adam - 6:30 PM at CBC on the 1st & 3rd Tuesdays of the month
  • Ladies Bible Study led by Elizabeth Flaugh - 6:30 PM, CBC Room 131 on the 2nd & 4th Tuesdays of the month - An interactive, verse-by-verse study of Psalm 119 - (Starting September 9) 


Wednesdays

  • Men's Small Group led by Matt Gregg - 7:00 PM, CBC Room 104 - Colossians
  • Gather & Grow on one Wednesday each Month - Join us on August 27 for the next one
    5:30 PM Potluck Dinner for ALL - Bring a favorite dish to share
    6:30 PM Sermon Discussion with Pastor Adam in the sanctuary
    6:30 PM Youth Group
    6:30 PM Kid's Club with James & Kalyn Davison


Thursdays

  • Ladies Bible Study led by Elizabeth Flaugh - 9:30 AM, CBC Room 131 on the 1st & 3rd Thursdays of the month - An interactive, verse-by-verse study of Psalm 119 - (Starting September 4)
  • Women's Small Group led by Marie Tellefsen - 10:00 AM, Tellefsen home in Branchburg - Be Joyful by Warren Wiersbe


Fridays

  • Women's Small Group led by Cathy Grossmann - 7:00 PM, Grossmann home in Hillsborough on the 1st & 3rd Fridays of the month - Count it All Joy by David Jeremiah (starting September 19)


Saturdays

  • Men's Prayer Group - 7:30 AM, CBC Foyer - Scripture Reading & Prayer (Accessible Remotely)


Youth (Grades 6 to 12)

Sundays

  • Junior High & Senior High Sunday School - 9:00 AM, CBC Room 105, The Truth Project by Focus on the Family (starting on September 7)

Wednesdays

  • Junior and Senior High Youth Group - 6:30-8:30 PM, CBC Room 130 - September through June (except 1st Wednesday of the month when we serve through cooking starting at 5:30 PM)

Children (Grades Pre-K to 5)

Sundays

  • Pre-K to 5th Grade Sunday School - 9:00 AM in Room 007 Faithful to All His Promises by Truth:78
  • Pre-K to 5th Grade Children's Church - in Rooms 004 & 007 Generations of Grace (children are dismissed to go to Children's Church during the worship service)
