Please read these requirements before applying for support for a short-term mission trip.

• Applicants must be a MEMBER of CBC and in good standing.
  
• Sponsoring organization must be doctrinally aligned with CBC.
  
• Sponsoring organization must be generally recognized as an evangelical mission sending organization or other legal entity not in conflict with CBC's Statement of Faith.
  
• Benefitting entities must not be in conflict with CBC's Statement of Faith.
• Activities may be humanitarian in nature, but MUST include sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Applicant should be ready to submit a written testimony of their experience to the Missions Committee via the Post-Trip Evaluation Form below.
• Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance.

Please note that all applications, with supporting documentation, must be received at least 6 months prior to the date that the funds are need.

To apply:

1. Read the requirements above.
   
2. Carefully read our Statement of Faith. 
3. Download this checklist of information that we will need, in addition to your application, to evaluate your request.
   
4. Download, print, complete, and send us this Form W-9. 
5. Complete this online application.
   

After you submit your online application, you will receive a confirmation email that contains the information that you supplied in your application. Any other material that you would like to supply to the Missions Committee to be used in evaluating your application can be sent to them by email or US mail.
